1. Button in Panties
Just wrap the panties with the protector flaps and button! The colored part with the label faces the panties and the white inner part faces your body. 2. Change as needed

3. Store in the waterproof bag

1. Machine or hand wash
You can wash your protectors in the machine with your clothes or by hand (during the shower, how about that?). You can use neutral soap or Sanitizer for menstrual accessories, all made with vegan ingredients, super safe for your body and zero impact on the planet, avoid additives. Just washing is enough to disinfect the cloth protectors, but if you wish, you can drip tea tree oil, eucalyptus or any other mild disinfectant into the washing water.

2. Dry in the sun
The sun has natural disinfectant power, dry your sunscreen in the sun and always leave it super clean, dry and stain-free!
