Can I return a product?
You may return a product by requesting a return within 7 (seven) days after receiving the product, and as long as the product is inside the packaging, in the same conditions in which it was received, and with a label, when applicable.
Which products cannot be exchanged or returned?
We do not accept returns or exchanges of made-to-order products, artistic pieces, personalized products, digital products, beachwear, earrings, food and personal hygiene products.
What should I do if I want to return a product?
You must contact us and request a return within 7 (seven) days of receiving the product. We will get back to you with instructions for posting the product and starting reverse logistics. It is important that the product is inside the packaging, in the same condition in which it was received, and with a label, when applicable.
Who pays the return cost?
The seller is responsible for complying with consumer rights and paying for the cost of reverse logistics.
Do I receive a full refund for my purchase when I return the product?
If the product is returned within 7 (seven) days of receipt, we may refund the value of the product. However, it will not be possible to refund the shipping cost.
How do I request a product exchange?
You can request an exchange within 30 days if the product is damaged, defective or varies in size, color or other applicable specifications. Just contact us and we will get back to you with instructions for posting the product and starting reverse logistics.
