ANA PAULA PERON – Director of Lapidar (www.lapidar.me), is a specialist in conflict transformation, consultant in people and team development and postgraduate teacher. Mediator of Organizational Conflicts by TRIGON/IMO/ECOSOCIAL and Instituto D'Accord, member of Life Long Learning groups in Negotiation, Mediation and Constructive Conflict Resolution, by M9GC Conflict Resolution Training. She has a postgraduate degree in Group Dynamics and Cooperative Games, with an MBA in People Management. His greatest passion is human relationships. His main adventure is the intense exercise of family life, with five sisters. His source of inspiration is his daughter Fernanda. And he finds many answers in the memories of the pilgrimage to Santiago de Compostela.
ANDREA LEONCINI – Born in São Paulo, in a community with strong social activity and learned to honor work with a focus on the common good, built in a circle and carried out together. She chose to be an Educator and Social Worker and since 2003 she has dedicated herself to dramaturgy and creating experiences/training focused on the quality of relationships and individual/team development through Awake (Art in Human Development), using collaborative methodologies, circular dances and theater. In 2016, she joined the Cooperation Project as Coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Cooperation Pedagogy (SP) and the team of consultants. In 2019, he coordinated Migraflix Projects focusing on work for Immigrants and Refugees.
ARNALDO BASSOLI – He is a psychotherapist, mediator and teacher. Works with groups and individuals, in the context of clinical psychotherapy; As a consultant, he works with organizations across all sectors. He has specializations in Gestalt Therapy and Psychological Kinesiology, as well as training in Cooperative Games through the Cooperation Project. He is managing partner and co-founder of the Escola de Diálogo de São Paulo.
CAMBISES “CAMBA” BISTRICKY – He played volleyball professionally, worked in the financial market, but decided to radically change areas and threw himself into Physical Education. By taking a Postgraduate Degree in Cooperative Games, a new horizon opened up, and since then it has continued to create spaces for cooperation in environments such as Fundação Casa, multinationals, NGOs, families and the corporate world, thus strengthening the connection between people and encouraging them to everyone can be who they are. Graduated in Physical Education from the University of Mogi das Cruzes and postgraduate in Cooperation Pedagogy and Collaborative Methodologies from UNIMONTE. He is a facilitator of the Dragon Dreaming Methodology and a pilgrim on the path to Santiago de Compostela (2010).
CARLA ALBUQUERQUE – Founder of Coletividades and collaborator of the Cooperation Project, has a master's degree in Administration from PUC-Rio, a postgraduate degree in Cooperation Pedagogy and Collaborative Methodologies – UNIP, Production – UFRJ/INT, Services – PDG IBMEC and Marketing – MBA COPPEAD and graduated in Engineering from PUC-Rio. After 15 years in management positions – operations, process structuring, strategy and marketing – he chose to dedicate himself to collaborative design for human and business development in generating solutions.
CLARISSA BORGES MÜLLER – She has a degree in Social Communication from the Federal University of Santa Maria, her hometown, and has worked for seven years at the Elos Institute with community mobilization in local development projects, in urban communities with different contexts: housing complexes, hills and stilts . He is currently working on his master's degree at USP, in the area of Social Psychology, in which he investigates experiences of community participation in residences of the Minha Casa Minha Vida Program in Campinas. Feminist and anti-racist activism is present both in the embroidery produced during rest hours and in her professional and academic practices.
CUCA RIGHINI – Interested in human development and community building, she has built a career focused on designing experiences in culture, learning, building collaborative knowledge and innovation. Since 2015, he has facilitated Design Thinking processes to develop culture and mindset for innovation, also working with Theory U and Cooperation Pedagogy approaches to co-create organizational environments that learn. Since 2012, she has worked as a facilitator of Non-Violent Communication and Conflict Mediation training. She graduated from the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at USP and graduated from the University of Cambridge in Teaching English to Adults (DELTA). Specialist in Cooperation Pedagogy, Mediated Learning, Design Thinking and Non-Violent Communication.
DANIELLA DOLME – Seeking a path of transformation, for herself and for the world, she graduated in journalism at Faculdade Cásper Líbero (SP), but it was in volunteering that she found her place: she discovered that she could use her skills to learn, build and transform , together with people & communities. Thus, he began to follow his professional path in social organizations (TETO, Gastromotiva, Artemisia), expanding his work from institutional communication to project management, group facilitation and design of methodologies. She is a Warrior Without Weapons, has a postgraduate degree in Cooperation Pedagogy, collaborates with the Cooperation Project and works as a project leader at the Tellus Group.
DENISE JAYME – She has been coordinator of the Department of Physical Education at Escola das Nações, in Brasília/DF, since 2004, and general coordinator of the Postgraduate Course in Cooperation Pedagogy & Collaborative Methodologies of the Cooperation Project, where she also works as a teacher in the Circular Dances discipline in the classes of Brasília and Rio de Janeiro. She has a postgraduate degree in School Physical Education and is certified in the Transformation in Cooperative Games program. Member of the Cooperation Project since 2006, where she has been acting as a facilitator of Games and Cooperative Activities in various areas and organizations, such as Education Departments, cooperatives and banks.
ELIANA “LILI” FAUSTO – Started her journey in the Cooperation Project to join the postgraduate coordination team in Cooperative Games. Since then, he has participated in the process of expanding this course and co-creating the postgraduate course in Cooperation Pedagogy. Currently, he is part of the general coordination of courses in Brasília, Florianópolis, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo. She has a degree in Physical Education, with training in Circular Dance (TRIOM). For 29 years, she was a Physical Education teacher at a school that prioritized the human development of the individual. Based on his course completion work “Learning to Cooperate” and the articles “Create and Re-Create Cooperative Games” and “Circular Dances and Cooperation”, he participated in national and international congresses.
FÁBIO OTUZI BROTTO – Co-founder of the Cooperation Project; Master in Sports Science from UNICAMP; Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade São Marcos; and a degree in Physical Education from FEFISA. He is a pioneer in Cooperative Games and Cooperation Pedagogy. He works as a facilitator of Collaborative Relations in organizations from all sectors and as a teacher in training and postgraduate courses. He is the author of articles and books, including: “Cooperative Games: if the important thing is to compete, the fundamental thing is to cooperate”; “Cooperative Games: Game and Sport as an Exercise in Coexistence”; and “Cooperation Pedagogy – Vale Foundation and UNESCO”.
FRANK VIANA CARVALHO – Pedagogue and Philosopher, Master in Education from UNASP. He completed his Master's, Doctorate and Post-Doctorate in Philosophy (Ethics and Politics) at the University of São Paulo, completing his SW Doctorate at the Université François-Rabelais, in France. Founder of the Cooperation Pedagogy Project in 1997, he gave hundreds of lectures and courses throughout Brazil to train teachers in Active Methodologies, with an emphasis on Cooperative Learning. He wrote several books on education and philosophy, including “Pedagogy of Cooperation – Working in groups through cooperative learning”. He is a professor and researcher at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of São Paulo, São Roque campus.
GISELA SARTORI FRANCO – Educator, Psychologist, Psychodramatist, Master from Unicamp, author of books in the field of Sports Psychology. His three sons are his Master. Co-Founder, former director of Projeto Cooperação and NGOCoopera Brasil. Co-founder of the Postgraduate Course in Cooperative Games and currently teaching the module: Principle of Coexistence in the Postgraduate Course in Cooperation Pedagogy. Undertakes “The Magician of Us”, coordinating projects that aim to awaken the magic of human relationships, through dynamics of Cooperative Coexistence and Cooperative Board Games. He works in the clinical area, gives courses and workshops on similar topics. Develops work with the Third Sector and Learning Communities.
HELOISA BISCAIA – Loves to inspire healthy and appreciative relationships in life and work. Master in Business Administration and facilitator of collaborative processes for 20 years, founding partner of Apreciarte and COÍRIS Transformação Humana, also works for Pulsar. Specialist consultant in Appreciative Inquiry in Positive Business and Society – CWRU School of Management/USA), Cultural Biology, Group Dynamics (SBDG). He is currently dedicated to the studies and practices of Positive Psychology (PUC-RS and Wholebeing Institute) and Organizations and Positive Leadership. She is a practitioner and guardian of the Art of Hosting community. Teaches in postgraduate programs in PR, SC, RS, SP and RJ.
JOSÉ ROMÃO TRIGO AGUIAR – Homeopathic doctor, psychotherapist and professor of Ethics and Philosophy of the East and West. Member of the Pedagogical Council of the Palas Athena Association; Founder of the Medical University Society for Research Stimulation (SUMEP); Professor of the Therapist Training Course (SOURCE); from the Specialization Course in Behavioral Medicine (UNIFESP), Specialization Course in Yoga – IEPY. Creator and Coordinator of the Citizenship Agents Social Project (training of young people in vulnerable situations) – IAKAP. Co-author of the book “Homeopathy”, from the Para Saber Mais collection (Editora Abril). Professor of the Postgraduate Course in Cooperation Pedagogy and Collaborative Methodologies.
LENA ALMEIDA – Psychologist, postgraduate in Human Resources and Cooperative Games. Certified in Coaching and systemic team coaching, Non-Violent Communication, Systemic Constellation and Restorative Justice. Director of IPS Consultoria, consultant in personal and group development and creator of the “Architecture of Coexistence: Talk, Live and Build” method. Co-author of the book “Falar Bem é Fácil” in its 9th edition. Specialist in communication, such as public speaking, interpersonal relationships, team development, organizational climate and leader development.
LIA DISKIN – Journalist and Literary Critic is co-founder of the Palas Athena Association and creator of dozens of assistance and socio-educational programs. Coordinator of the Committee for the Decade of Culture of Peace – a UNESCO – Palas Athena partnership. Lecturer in Brazil and abroad. Writer and editor, she is also the author of: Cultura de Paz – Redes de Convivência (SENAC); Domestic non-violence (Avon Institute) and Vamos Ubuntu – an invitation to cultivate peace (UNESCO), among others. Co-author of Paz, how do you do it? (UNESCO) and Culture of Peace – from reflection to action (UNESCO). At the celebration of UNESCO's 60th anniversary, he received the Diploma of Recognition for his contribution in the area of Human Rights and Culture of Peace. He is a member of the Management Board of the Sarvodaya International Trust, dedicated to the dissemination of Gandhian values throughout the world.
MARIA CLARA “CACÁ” DE CASTRO BORGES – She is a pedagogue from the State University of Rio de Janeiro with a specialty in Educational Guidance and a postgraduate degree in Cooperation Pedagogy from Universidade Paulista and institutional psychopedagogue from Universidade Estácio de Sá. Since 1980, she has worked with private schools (RJ), first as a teacher and then as an educational advisor and Pedagogical Coordinator. She graduated as an art educator (TEAR Art Institute and Brazilian Society of Psychotherapy and Psychodrama) and works in the area with children, adolescents and in the training of educators, including those in municipal networks. In 2019, as part of his postgraduate work in Cooperation Pedagogy, he co-created the COOPERARTE project, which develops collaborative projects through the different languages of art.
MARIA DA CONCEAÇÃO DA SILVA BARROS DE SOUZA – Master in Public Policies and Human Training (UERJ); postgraduate degree in Cooperative Games (Projeto Cooperação/Unimonte) and in Institutional Psychopedagogy (Universidade Estácio de Sá); psychologist and degree in Psychology (UFRJ). She has worked in education for over thirty years as a teacher and has also taken on roles linked to Educational Guidance, Special Education, and in the administrative-pedagogical area. Coordinator and teacher of the postgraduate course in Cooperation Pedagogy. From Cooperative Games and Circular Dances, it is dedicated to disseminating collaborative methodologies and carrying out and guiding work that reflects on relationships in the school environment. It has also directed its attention more intensely to the practice of cooperation, as an exercise in coexistence. She is the author of the book “The Formation of the Cooperative Subject: an experience in education”.
PEDRO CONSORTE – He is a Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Human Development consultant, graduated in Body Arts Communication (PUC-SP), postgraduate in Cooperation Pedagogy (UNIP), Master in Communication and Semiotics (PUC-SP), ex -performer of the international show STOMP, co-founder of the Música do Círculo project, volunteer at CVV (Center for the Valorization of Life) and facilitator of Non-Violent Communication, trained by the CNVC (Center for Nonviolent Communication).
ROBERTO “BETO” MARTINI – He is a consultant specialized in focusing on Cooperative Games, Collaborative Methodologies and the development of Cooperation Projects in the Organizational context; Educational; Public Management; and Community. Master in Educational Psychology (PUC-SP); trained in Transformative Conflict Mediation and Non-Violent Communication; postgraduate degree in Psychomotricity; graduated in Physical Education.
RODOLPHO “DODÔ” MARTINS – He is a restless pedagogue, daring musician, specialist in Cooperative Games, organizational consultant, social entrepreneur and Portuguese teacher for foreigners. He is also an international speaker, participating in TEDx and performing in several countries on the American, African and European continents. Creator of the MusiCooperação and 8UP Programs, he currently teaches the postgraduate course in Cooperation Pedagogy in several Brazilian capitals.
RODRIGO RUBIDO ALONSO – He is an architect, co-founder and director of the Elos Institute, co-creator and facilitator of the Guerreiros Sem Armas program and the Oasis Game. Over the last 20 years, he has dedicated himself to designing methodologies and collective action, as well as facilitating training and processes for personal and social transformation with various groups and organizations in the social, public and private sectors. He also works as an international consultant and speaker in the areas of social transformation, participatory leadership and community mobilization. In 2017, he received the Eliasson Global Leadership Prize at Columbia University, given by the Tällberg Foundation to transformative, ethical and positive leaders whose work has global relevance.
SANDRA MACEDO PIRES DE CAMPOS – She is an architect trained at Mackenzie Presbyterian University. In 2011, she was introduced to Graphic Facilitation by a friend who was a consultant at the Cooperation Project. Delighted with the discovery, she completed basic training with Mila Motomura and then a 6-month internship at Atrium Consultoria, where she followed work at corporate and educational events. From then on, in addition to architecture, Traço Livre also became a consultancy in Graphic Facilitation. She has a postgraduate degree in Cooperation Pedagogy.
TAISA MATTOS – Master in Community Psychosociology and Social Ecology (EICOS/UFRJ), works as an educator and consultant in the areas of community development, sustainability and social innovations. She is the education and research coordinator of the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN), certified trainer and program coordinator of Gaia Education (UNESCO Global Action Program on Education for Sustainable Development) in Brazil and abroad, and author of the book Ecovillages: the construction of a regenerative culture. Taisa is part of the teaching staff of the Postgraduate Program in Cooperation Pedagogy and Collaborative Methodologies.
VERA LÚCIA DE SOUZA E SILVA – She has a degree in Biological Sciences from the Blumenau Regional University Foundation, a master's degree in Education from the Blumenau Regional University and a PhD in Production Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, in addition to being a post-doctoral student in Education and Creativity at University of Barcelona. She is currently a collaborating professor at Universidade Paulista-UNIP-SP and a retired professor at the Regional University of Blumenau-FURB. He has experience in the area of Education, working mainly on the following topics: creativity, transdisciplinarity, eco-training, network of creative schools and teacher training.
VITOR HUGO LIMA DA COSTA – Artist and Educator. He has a postgraduate degree in Cooperation Pedagogy, a degree in Performing Arts with a qualification in Theater Directing from UFRJ. Founder of Cia Black-Tie, where he researches Dance Theater as a scenic language. Storyteller in cultural and/or pedagogical spaces through the Contado Contado project.
