Kiro is not kombucha. This is because it is not fermented. We are a drink in the switchel category, the first in Brazil, which is a drink based on water, apple cider vinegar, apple juice, ginger and some ingredient to sweeten, we use sugarcane juice.
Switchel is of Caribbean or Chinese origin, we don't know for sure, but it was a drink considered the farmers' isotonic drink, as it refreshes, invigorates and hydrates.
