To insert:
1. Relax:
Wash your hands well, clean your Korui collector, relax and find a comfortable position. Remember: be patient, it is normal for the adaptation period to last a few menstrual cycles.

2. Fold:
Choose the fold you prefer.

3. Enter:
With clean hands and in the position that is most comfortable for you, insert the collector.

To remove:
1. Relax:
Find a comfortable position and relax. The most recommended positions for removing the collector are squatting or sitting on the toilet.

2. Hold:
Use your vaginal muscles (the same ones used for urination) to push your cup down until you can find the stem and base of your cup. The collector forms a vacuum in the vaginal canal and you need to remove it to be able to remove it. Use the rod as a guide until you can pinch the base of the cup between your thumb and forefinger. Squeeze the base of the collector firmly between your fingers to release the vacuum.

3. Remove:
With the base of your Korui cup pressed between your fingers, gently slide the cup from side to side until it is completely removed.

How to wash?
During the cycle:
1. During the menstrual cycle there is no need to sterilize your Korui cup between uses. You can wash with just water or with Korui Sanitizer. At the end of the menstrual cycle, your cup needs to be sterilized before storing.

At the end of the cycle:
1. With the sterilizer pan:
Boil enough water to cover the collector. After the water boils, place the collector and let it boil for 5 minutes. Once this is done, your collector will be ready to use!

2. With the sterilizer cup:
Place your collector inside the sterilizer cup with the edge facing up. Then just fill it with water up to the internal mark and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes. Remember not to close the lid completely, it just rests on top, ok?
