Sioduhi Studio uses certified natural raw materials and recycled from idle stocks. Research and apply ancient technological processes, perform natural dyeing with ManioColor technology, develop capsule collections, empower Amazonian, northern and indigenous professionals in the fashion industry, always striving for fair remuneration.


History

The brand was founded in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, by Sioduhi, from the Piratapuya people of Alto Rio Negro, Amazonas. Sioduhi is an MBA student in Business and Fashion Aesthetics at ECA USP, with a degree in Business Administration and an MBA in Project Management. He participated in the 5th and 6th edition of Brasil Eco Fashion Week and is the winner of the Ecoar Award with the ManioColor Project. The creations are based on indigenous futurism.


Producers

Sioduhi is the creative director of Sioduhi Studio and has a team made up of indigenous people. Different professionals work indirectly, such as: pattern maker, cutter, printmaker and seamstresses, all aligned with the idea of ​​small production and high quality finishes. In the process of creating capsule collections, Sioduhi Studio emphasizes the participation of Amazonians, indigenous people and supporters in the areas of beauty, stylist, audiovisual production, editing and finishing and others. Professionals from the Piratapuya, Kali'na, Tukano, Tariano, Baniwa, Dessano, Kariri, Akroá-Gamella, Potiguara, Mura and Tupinambá peoples have worked alongside Sioduhi Studio.


Products

Currently, our products add to the Maniocolor technology, a textile dye based on cassava peel, developed by Sioduhi Studio. Furthermore, the collections bring stories not told in books and are planned and developed by indigenous people.
