History

At a time of stress and imbalance between professional and personal life, Débora Susin, from Rio Grande do Sul, went through an episode of “burnout”, an emotional disorder with symptoms of extreme exhaustion. Suffering from various symptoms such as constant migraines, infections that did not go away, dermatitis, muscle pain, physical and mental fatigue, it was necessary to stop working life and review priorities. In this general reevaluation, he realized that he could share his experience with other people who were also going through or about to go through the same thing.
On this path of search, she met a great friend at a similar time: Ana Carolina Rochedo was going through a career transition after 20 years of working in private law and, overcome by the exhaustion of excessive challenges and responsibilities, she was also looking for a new way of seeing and live your life.
