Chagran

Impact

Chagran contributes to generating more life on Earth through sustainable and conscious practices in all stages of production of its tea blends.

The brand carefully selects natural ingredients, ensuring that its products are free from harmful preservatives and flavorings. By opting for loose leaves instead of traditional bags, the company not only preserves the natural flavor and aroma for longer, but also reduces waste generation.
Furthermore, it uses a measuring spoon made of reforestation wood, a cotton fabric infuser and seed paper labels, encouraging ecologically responsible practices. This approach reflects the brand's fundamental principles: a commitment to well-being, health and sustainability.

By choosing Chagran, consumers enjoy a unique flavor and aroma experience with quality products and actively participate in promoting a healthier and more sustainable environment.

History

Chagran's history has its roots in the founder, Fernanda Rodrigues' personal search for calming herbs. While working aboard ships in the Merchant Navy, she developed the ZEN infusion blend to improve sleep and control anxiety, especially due to allergies to pharmaceutical medications.

The origin of the name "Chagran" is also a happy synergy: it initially arose from the combination of the words "tea" and "granola", but during her research Fernanda discovered that "Chagran" is the name of a city in India that is one of the largest tea producers in the world.

In 2020, the founder received certification as a tea sommelier from Club del Té in Buenos Aires. Two years ago, she made the decision to dedicate herself exclusively to the world of teas and all production is made in Fortaleza, Ceará. Her journey not only reflects Fernanda's personal passion for creating natural solutions for well-being, but also highlights Chagran's commitment to offering high-quality products.

Who does

Chagran stands out for its preference for inputs such as teas, herbs and fruits that are grown in Brazil, aiming to enhance the national market and strengthen the local economy. This approach is essential for creating tea blends that offer incredible and unparalleled flavors, providing a unique experience for consumers.

Products

Chagran uses biodegradable packaging, which decomposes naturally without causing harm to the environment. In addition, customers are provided with a measuring spoon made from reforested wood, a cotton fabric infuser and a seed paper label, which can be planted in the tea pot itself.

Through these elements, Chagran seeks to provide not only a delightful experience for customers, but also the opportunity to make a difference for the planet. By choosing Chagran, customers can enjoy pleasant moments when tasting teas, while contributing to a more sustainable and healthy future.

To top it off, each tea blend has its own playlist of music, with the aim of treating not only the body but also the mind, as music also has therapeutic effects, promoting a very rich and complete sensorial experience and expansion of consciousness.
